Shipping Policy
Because all of our products are hand-made to order, we ask that you allow several weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. The current lead time for any given product will be listed alongside the purchase information.
Products are typically shipped via the US Postal Service, and you will be notified of the estimated shipping cost at checkout.

We do our best to provide tracking information where possible, but cannot guarantee this for all destination countries.
Returns & Warranty Policy
Due to our products being hand-made and customized to your specification, all sales are final and returns are allowed only in cases of defective products.

We take pride in the quality of our work, and as such all VR Simpits products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from shipping date. If you experience any issues with your item, please contact us and we will strive to correct the issue to your satisfaction. Depending on the product and nature of the defect, you may be sent free replacement components (for simple repairs), or we may repair or replace your item at no cost to you.
Regardless of whether your item is in warranty or has an expired warranty, we always stand ready to offer technical support, and spare/replacement components are available for purchase on our Spares & Accessories page.
